Personal Story:

In 2011, my devotion to healthy living was renewed when my exclusively-breastfed infant son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies. Through this trying experience, I explored integrative health and functional nutrition options.  Overcoming food allergy fears, I re-developed a positive relationship with food, learning how to perceive all foods as inherently "good," while navigating through the most up-to-date treatment approaches for food allergies.

I love to connect with nature, create new recipes, visit farmers' markets, and spend time with my family.  I have two children, now ages 8 and 14, who have provided the greatest lessons about balanced eating and mindfulness. Professionally, I most enjoy empowering, motivating, and educating women to achieve optimal wellness at all life phases.

A food lover and a "sugarholic in remission," I've established the optimal wellness plan at my current life phase.  Through the functional and integrative nutrition approach, I hope to help you discover yours.
